They called my cell phone comfired my name and asked my date of birth, then the woman told me to call back another number, I asked why she didn't answer, so I refused to call back and blocked their phone number. I think some one should stop this type phone call, very dengrous and very bother, bad company, now they know my date of birth and name and cell number, hope no other bad things happen.

Why does this number keep calling me. Saying I need to varify my info my name and date of birth. I told him I won't give him that info and he said he will just keep calling. I told him he can send me whatever he needs in the mail.

They call and a recording says "Please hold we are trying to connect." I hung up. I do not know anyone in area code 905.

i have a simple solution - if i do not recognize the number calling, it goes to voicemail

I get calls early in the morning . A recording comes on & says hold we are trying to connect. Then comes back on & says sorry can't connect & hangs up. I'm getting sick of it.

they call constantly and don't leave messages. don't know how they got my phone number. it's crazy.

Some male just left a very threatening message on my answering service at 8 p.m. this evening. No name of company except for Markham, Ontario Canada on caller ID. Didn't say who it was for, just that I had 48hrs to be contacted.

Got a call from a guy who asked to speak to me.  He said he's from Global and has some business with me. He then asked for my both date.  I said, "global who"?  He said, "global".  I said, I don't know any "global" and I'm certainly not giving you my birthdate.   I hung up.  I later called the number from a different phone and it sounded like some collection company. Again I hung up.  I later reported the call to RCMP.  Identity theft happens by giving birthdate out.  Don't think so!   Find another sucker.

Just got a bogus message on my voicemail from this number:"We have a longstanding issue of yours.  I would like to see if we can resolve this issue.  Please call 1-+1 866-274-8496."So manipulative....

Called and harassed me for no reason on a rather LENGTHY, voicemail saying I was a non-cu....plient person who has "dis-obeyed" my financial obligations??? This is for Global Credit.  They consistently call my home and hang up on my answering machine.  So, playing by their rules, I continuously called them back, dialing *67 before the 1 + phone number (this conseals your caller ID on their end) and simply said nothing.  I did this for over an hour and was more than thrilled to discover that they soon turned on their answering machine.  My logic is this:  They must enjoy the harrassment as they have no problem dishing it out to others.  I strongly suggest that others also impliment the above steps in dealing with Global Credit.  Here is also an additional number they can be reached at:  (905) 413-8799.  Have fun!!!!!!

Global Credit has been hassling us about some guy we knew 20 years ago that put me down as a contact. I have no idea where he is or how to get him but they keep calling and calling. They are so stupid I have been putting them on hold to make them wait till they hang up. They started sending automated calls that say I must call them in 48 hours (like that will happen) if they read this it is not a contacts responsability if you are stupid enough to give credit to a crack head to tell you anything and you could be sued for harrassment.
