This number is Global Credit and Collections, they called my cell phone and a message came up saying "Trying to reach this number..."  I held for over 25 minutes.

My policy now is, if a company isn't willing to display their name then I don't answer it.

Claims that I have not responded to a matter which will be escalated if I do not return his call within 48 hours.

some fake a** company doing some phishing scam.  Time to report this a**hole to the police

Get the same msg from that do***e bag Kevin.  I get at LEAST one call a day from them.  I'd Kevin to forcibly insert his business matter up his anus.It SAYS it's a credit collections company, but that's totally bogus.  I'm going to try reporting it.  Maybe to the BBB.

Keep getting calls from collection agency because someone gave my phone number.  Found out by reverse look up it was Global Credit & Collection Inc, out of Markham, ON.  They use various numbers.  I have told them they have the wrong number, but they keep calling.  
Do I have any legal rights - surely this is harrassment?
Who can I contact to stop this,I have spoken to someone at the company a few days ago and they assured me my number had been removed... yet today I get two more calls... different people, same company.
I can call block this (at my cost) but they use multiple numbers.
Please let me know what I can do, thanks.
