Collection agency do not pick up. An advice for public. Ladies and gentlemen if your credit card provider sold your account to any collection agency its not worth to pay them back. Your credit is F up already so if worse case comes to worst change your phone number.

Very loud on the phone.they appear intimidating.

Tried to intimidate me.  Wouldn't say who they were looking for or why.  Said they were a law firm. Asked for my date of birth.
