I received a call from this number stating they had spoken with me before. I do not know these people or what they need. I never returned the call

Adding to above the number is apparently from Unionville, Ontario (Canada).

15 calls in under 15 minutes from this number today, talked over me, threatened me, yelled. After I hung up called my work number twice in a row...said I have a law suit filed against me by Capital One. News to me. Appears to be a collection agency in Ontario. Is this even legal? What recourse do I have?

theyve been calling me for awhile the last message they left me was that they have a problem with me, its always the same voice, sometimes he claims hes a manager and hes surpised its gotten to him, other times its been we have some surprising good news for me

I have gotten the same thing and I have not answered but they havent stopped calling for the past 4 months...
