I assume this is a telemarketer

Got a call from this number this afternoon- didn't pick up, no voicemail left. Likely SPAM.

I think Bell / Solo is selling their names from their customer database to telemarketers.  And they clearly aren't doing background checks cause this one is for sure a scam.  Please let me know if you are from Bell or Solo and I will launch a formal complaint through a friedn who works for Bell.

I almost missed the call and only caught the last part of the automated message  "to accept press 1"...so probably the same call a noted above

Same number called my mobile (Bell and on DNC list). For people who answers, beware of the press 1 scam. I have heard that they can set it up so as soon as you press 1 you transfer to a different # and can be charged. could be just a rumour.

Just called my cell phone.  I too don't know many from the 905, so I suspected it was spam.  Then came here to find 15 pages of comments.  Boy I'm glad I didn't pick up.  I promptly added them to a contact in my phone titled "Do not pick up".  I've also set that contact to not ring, and go straight to voicemail.
