Some one for this number calls and will not let a message?

I have a message on my anserwing system for them to take me off their call
Do Not Call Llist I am on the National Do Not Call list  but they keep calling?

When is the phone company going to stop these calls I have asked
them to check it out...and block all these calls from reaching my phone
number. but they will not ?? I asked for more blocking spaces and they
said no to that...How can I stop these call if they will not help me??

I am on the (National Do Not Call) AND my (State Do Not) call registry.  Everytime someone with an Asian accent is rude to me when they call from this company. They have called before and after seeing it on here I did answer.  It said for existing credit card debt - which we don't have!  The thing is, I have a private number and am on the DNC for our state cell phone too.  Something is fishy, I just wish I knew who gave it to them.

called at 4:00pm and hung up.
