The calls just keep coming.After switching in July 2007 to Shaw within two weeks of the changethe calls from (905) 310-2255 started coming in two to three times a daycurrently there are as many as six calls per day.The last time I spoke to anyone from Telus I told them H_ _ L would freeze over before I switched back and that as far as I was concerned The Future With Telus was anything but friendly!!!!!!!!!

I bet it is Telus.  I have Shaw Cable phone, so I bet they are trying to get me to change to them.  I'm glad I wasn't home when they called!!!
 

I hate Telus

The problem is even if you tell them to remove your TN, is not possible. The agent talking to you does not have the power to do that. Telus is doing this calls and they call them "outbound", they are losing money. The are good trained agents from Loyalty and Rentention team in Calgary. THey are supposed to make $7.00 out of every outbound call. They only way you can stop this is by doing the following: Sign up for all of their products, or switch to Shaw and put all of your services with them with private tn (telephone number)

Wow, definately thought it was just me that keeps getting calls from this number..now I know
I get these calls about once every two days, but I somehow always miss it
I don't understand why telus would be calling me though since I am with telus..
weird..

I have just spoken with the security dept at telus and this is the telemarketing depts automated call system. If you are receiving these calls, contact the security dept and ask to have your number unlisted. If the problem persists, contact telus as they need examples of persistant calling by their automated dialing service to have this fixed.
