I just had the exact same conversation, with the exact same end result, swearing and all.  Sam Roberts or Robertson he said his name was from ontario corporation or something, located in Woodbridge. Now the phone number will not allow call backs.

i had a same conversation, but with me, he was very polite, and offering something about vacations and all that, but it was nice conversation on this number, now i dnt know you guys spoke with the same man or not, but i my experience was good, and i am thinking about his offer.

Called saying that I had filled out a form.  When I said I was on the do not call list and that it was sunday evening at 8:30pm he told me to f* off b*tch.  I hung up and he called back to swear at me some more.

Jennifer thanks for your response, you said you received a call from this company six months ago, although we are working in Canada from last two months,so it was not really belong from our company,and you are right, i should do recordings every call, and offcourse we are doing that as well, as you dont know we have over 400 representatives, so i am really unable to listen all the recordings everyday and anytime, although i am doing that as well, but i want to get one more safe side too, so thats why i thought to hold these complaints websites as well.so that i can catch faster to that agent,i really cant explain all,but public co-operation is really important for me and my company.
