Called me at 0830 in the AM. Told me I won a prize from a ballot that I entered...and did I remember entering (and I NEVER enter any ballots). After obtaining his company name (stated Premium Centre), I asked what the first name on the ballot entered was (since he asked for Mr. or Mrs.)...this was met by silence. I then advised him that I was on the DNCL and would be reporting him. That quickly ended with an apology and disconnect on his end.
