The guy was an idiot, called me in the morning, woke me up and told me we won something. Could barely speak english and said he was calling from premier (something), couldn't understand the second word.

Stupid idiot called from this number, insisted he wasn't a telemarketer (even though it was abundantly clear from the racket of voices in the background that that was EXACTLY what he was) and when I told him to put out number on their do not call list, he kept trying to talk over me and interrupt me saying "listen....listen....listen".

And they wonder why people rate telemarketers just above pond scum?

I have just filed a legal complaint against the company. Not only did they harass me on the phone but after telling them to take my number off their list they continued to call back repeatedly, blocking my line. Not only is this annoying but this is an emergency line and I am waiting for the hospital to call. They are endangering safety. The Do Not Call List does not seem to be effective at all and the bottom feeders are still sucking crap for brains.
