I received the same call from a guy with a heavy accent from this number as well, and hung up on him.  He called back but I refused to answer the 2nd time.

I just got a call from this number and a certain Jenelia said I won and that I'm supposed to pick my prize out of 5 which they are giving away. Then she passed the call to Paul Stevens, who said he is a Senior Manager of the alleged PREMIUM CORPORATION with offices at 6175 Hwy 7 and Hwy 27, Unit 6, Woodbridge, Ontario. I told him I would have to talk to my husband to schedule a time for pick up so I'd have to call him back. He then told me to call (905) 754-5163 ext. 112. So I googled the company and nothing came up. I googled the address and the number he provided, and found that this is a scam.

I too got this call.  Some woman with a heavy accent, told me that (me and my husband...which is funny because I am not married) filled out a ballot to win a prize.  She said something about "Hwy 7".  I don't even drive.  When I told to tell me the name of the "husband" on the ballot and to provide me a copy of this so-called-ballot that was filled out by me (and my so called husband) so got flustered, stuttered a bit, then hung up on me.  When I tried to call back the number she called me from, the recording said the number I have dialed is "out of service"???
