A very, very, very rude  man mumbled something (I couldn't understand as he had a heavy accent) and when I asked him to repeat it he yelled "Don't you get it?" and slammed the phone down.  His name was allegedly James. The thing is I am on a do not call list and this is not a legitimate number--when you call it you are told it is not in service--how do you report services when they aren't using legitimate numbers?

We got a call tonight - a woman with a strong accent wanted to verify our name and address.  when asked why she was calling, she said it was to tell us we had won a grand prize.we are also on the no call list.  go figure.
