Same number called me this morning... I missed the call so didn't speak with anyone.
Using my caller id, I called the number back.
I got the Bell message saying the number was not in service.
I spoke with a Bell operator and she said it was a one way number. Meaning they can call you but you cannot call them. Like a phone booth now.
