I got the same call from this number (905) 241-1030 and the agent confirms that I won a prize for the ballot that I filled out in 2009 somewhere (gas station, Canadian Tire, grocery store etc etc). They were very adamant in persuading to come and collect the prize. The supervisor name is "Sarah Kelsey" had a very thick Indian accent (Punjabi decent) go figure with an English name.

Kept calling me for 3-4 times even though I told them to give my prize to someone else. Scammer or Telemarketer

Forgot to mention that they represent themselves as the company "Fsource International". Did a lookup on the net for this name but did not find any relevant information.

This scammer is v rude. Yes, an Indian accent. What upsets him/her is if you ask for a copy of the form you "filled-out" at the shopping mall. He tries to lead you to a timeshare sales pitch that sells Motel-6 type shares. No prizes really. Lots of harassment. The call may also come from 208-792-1040 - Idaho. So telling them you'll call the police to report the harassment does not help. Telling them you are recording the conversation keeps them hush. But they still call.
