I received several calls from this number too, on March 5th / no messages left.  I've now placed this number on Call Block (using the feature on my Panasonic phone) -- glad I didn't answer, the guy sounds "charming".

On March 5/2015 - I received two calls from this number something to do with Duct cleaning. He got very ignorant in his broken English he said I was a b---h when asked to hang up
