Hey, Capital One, did it ever occur to you that some of us receiving these calls do not have credit cards or owe anyone anything??  Hence the reason why we're wondering who the f*ck this company is???  I'm not home to answer their calls and they don't leave voice mails.  I guess you have the menial, minimum wage job, doing call outs for this company or some other basement telemarketer.
