This just came up on my cell phone with "NS" on the caller ID.  I didn't bother to answer...

I was texting on my cell phone when this number called me, an unknown number. My cell phone automatically answers when it is flipped open, even if it is during texting. I heard and automated voice say "Congratulations" and then hung up because I knew it would be a scam. I'm wondering how they would have gotten my number.
