Yo, I live in Vancity as well.  I got that call at around 12:06pm today.  I've never had this happen to me before. I answered and asked "Hello" twice.  I knew something was fishy but then an automated message started saying "congratulations...".  I hung up.

didn't answer. they didn't leave a message.

Thanks to all for reporting this.  I too received this call and I suspect that it is a telemarketing call (e.g., win a prize, but buy time-share) or worse it is trying to get your phone number to make nasty long-distance charges to your phone.
