I'm tired of getting these calls

I just received this call on my cell phone. At about 12pm today. Don't know the number and would like to know who it belongs to and is it some kind of scam.  If anyone has had experience with this, please let me know.

Just called me...didn't leave a message

Called, nothing on the other end.

Just called me 5 mins ago.  No one on other end, so I hung up then googled number and found this post.  Call was from nova scotia.
