I receive calls from this number all the time.  They are a recorded message with the name of Rachel.  They state I need to call back to lower my interest rate.  Please stop calling my phone.  I do not have or want to do business with this group.  thank you

You're right about the FCC.  What a waste of government resources.  Those f***ers are inept fools.  I just never answer my phone anymore when it's an out of the area codes I expect.

Someone should hunt these a s s h o l e s down and burn their s h i t to the ground and put them out of business.  The government can trace them but are too stupid to do anything.  It'll take a congressman getting fed up with the calls to finally get something moving.
