This is a "spoofed" number.Phishing call spam from "Credit Card Services".  forwards you to an operator "verifying" your personal financial information when in fact you are just supplying them your info.

I receive calls from this number all the time.  They are a recorded message with the name of Rachel.  They state I need to call back to lower my interest rate.  Please stop calling my phone.  I do not have or want to do business with this group.  thank you
