I had just had someone call me from this number and they didnt even say hello or anything, just heavy breathing on other end of the line, cant seem to find where this number is from

This number has been calling me quite often in the last few weeks.  6 times today!!! sometimes they ask for someone and sometimes they just hang up. Driving me nuts!

Received a phone call around 2:30 pm . Man on other end started by saying he was calling regarding harassment, cyber bullying, and suicide. Said he had contacted me last year. When I questioned that, he said it might have been two years ago. I then told him that I did not like to solicited over the phone and asked if he could mail me information. He stumbled over that and the I asked for his address and he gave me some address in BC. I asked him where he was calling from and he said Toronto although as you can see it's a Nova Scotia area code.
