i got a call from this number why d c chase is my name and i just got this number

This person was not courteous and expected me to tell him the number he had reached.  This must be a telemarketer or a collections person because there was a delay in hearing his voice and then he implied that he had the correct number and that I was not saying so.  Weird little creep.
