I was receiving these phone calls as well. I shot the Herald an email the other day explaining I no longer want to be called and was so glad to see that the National Do Not Call list is working as it should. I received an email back saying I've been removed from their call list. At least now if I keep receiving the calls I have a paper trail showing that I requested to be removed and they acknowledge removal of my number.
