Blame the scum that is the harper government, neo-nazi basically created a do not call list which allows every one to call you. This scum bag has to be thrown out of office
  • Hate my mortgage
They call me about twice a week, about 7pm. If I answer, I get a beep and then it hangs up,If I leave it,, I get no VM. If I call back, I get a voice message telling me they are open until 8pm and I should call back when they are open????I have called during the day and it really is ScotiaBank, they tell me they will put me on their DNC, which will take 30 days to kick in. It does stop for a while, then they start again, I;m now on my 3rd try to get them stopped. As soon as my mortgage fixed rate is over, they have lost a customer.I hope they read this but I doubt it.

Got back to back calls from this number today, immediately searched for the number, as always, this site popped up.I have called Scotiabank to have my name removed from their call list, and they say it will take 2 months. If I continue to receive calls, I will close my account. I'm not interested in their poopy scene points, and their service isn't really that great anyways.

    They use different numbers...888-882-3811, 800877886888, 905-480-9108, 416-915-7930, 716-406-4415, 416-800-0323, 416-640-0651

I am on the useless DNCL (which can't stop companies using their Indian branches from calling) and I have blocked all the above numbers using my IP phone.

I bet you they use another number to call me next!...stay tuned and I'll update you

Did anyone write to the Scoita CEO office? if yes, please post the results

According to, 1-888-882-3811 is a real Scotiabank number. Since I do have a Scotiabank account and they obviously know where I live, why would they keep calling my house at stupid times (8:45 pm)? Everyone at my house hangs up the phone (or doesn't even answer) when this number calls, so why do they keep calling here? If we needed financing help, we would go to our local Scotiabank. Quit calling everyone all the damn time! My god, these people are annoying.
