  here is a link to a page that has a listing of ways to stop harrassing threatening bill collectors. hope this helps. i just foud it and am going to keep trck of each person whom harrasses e ovr a bill i dont owe an im gonnado what i ca tosue them.im tired of being harrassed. it get worse as the tax day gets closer.....they want our tax money!
