Calling about my "credit card services" and, when I asked him to remove me from his calling list pretended that he wasn't trying to sell me anything and that I was already eligible for their "rate reduction".  I said, "So you're saying that I already USE your service and that I am eligible for a less expensive option?"   He said Yes.  When I pointed out that I don't use any of those services and that he was lying to me, he hung up.
