Got a call with no message left.

rang twice and hung up befor i could answer it.

Called but left no message.  I don't answer unknown numbers, especially out-of-country ones.

This number called my landline for the first known time today. I was on the line with another call, at the time, and did not flash over to the (819) 790-3651 caller.  No message was left on my answering machine.The index of area codes in my phone book indicates 819 numbers are in Quebec, Canada.
