This is a company that calls people who have certain investments to remind them of upcoming shareholder meetings and to send in your proxy bid if you can't attend the meeting.  They call almost daily.  I blocked them on my landline and they started calling on my cell, but not leaving a message.  They are now blocked on the cell phone also.
