The first time the number called me I got no response when I answered, then it called again and connected me to a person.He said I had been "specially selected for a free Telus cell phone;" at least I think that's what he said, his accent was very thick.As my service is already through Telus and it did not show up on my caller ID as such I think it's rather dubious.
