I am in BC and Lloyd's current cell phone number as of June 10 2013 is (604) 615-4107. He just installed today (June 10) a RO system and a Calmat system. I'm putting a stop payment on the cheque asap until I can talk to him again. After reading the previous posts I am extremely worried about follow up service.

We were talked into a system by Lloyd Schell on Aug 22 2012 in 100 Mile House. We have requested a removal and refund. We contacted the office in Maple Ridge, PO Box 20997, V2X1P7, BC. (604) 615-4107.I'm interested to hear how you (and others) have resolved your differences.

My parents were sold a system by vin water systems out of Hinton ab last oct 2011.  They were supposed to get replacement filters free but they cannot get any as the guy never returns phone calls.  So basically they have a useless water filter system that they cannot even get enough water out of to make a cup of tea.  I think this guy is a fraud who should be put out of business.  I will be calling the BBB.  Did you get your refund?

We purchased Vin Water Filtration System from Lloyd Schell on April 20, 2013 and cannot contact him regarding replacement filters  Several customers in Burns Lake BC have the same complaint

We purchased a  RO system from a Lloyd Schell on March 3, 2012.  we were told that he would be back in a few days to check our system we haven't seen nor heard from him either also we have tried many times to call him no answer and calls have not been returned to us either.  Does anyone know how to get a hold of the head office for Vin water systems?
