i get calls from this number and there is no one there when i answer. VERY ANNOYING. wish i could block them from calling.

Lever market research- they call multiple times a day and it is irritating!

They called and said they were doing a survey on the Alberta Energy Regulators. The survey is stacked to run down the system and give Alberta a bad name. When asked who is paying for this survey they hung up. Probably some enviro group from the USA.

Recd call from this # today mar/24. Lady said she was from Alberta liquor and gaming commission and wanted to do a survey. I told her I was not interested.

They called here during the week-end asking to talk to my fiancée.. She wasn't home so I asked the person to left a msg.. The lady told me there's no msg, I'm calling on behalf of province of Qc gov (780 area code is from Alberta!!), we are making a survey.. Then I told her we are not accepting solicitation calls (my home # is on the do not call list..) & if she don't wanna tell me the exact subject/reason of the call there is no need to call back.. That was a very suspect call! 1st gov agencies are not calling during week-ends & 2nd if Qc gov calls us they will call us from a Qc area code!!

Jist received a call from this number, they said they were doing A SURVEY on lifestles, and asked if ther was any males between 18-35 i said no, and they hung up.

Leger marketing has a phone number perhaps if all of us who got calls from them would call them repeatedly so they could get no work done then maybe they would stop being so annoying. Or maybe we should all try to log onto their web site at the same time so it would crash, that would get there attention.

Same thing here... no one on the other end (right away).... so I hung up.... I have an older model  Tele-Bouncer (mid 90"s).It works by new caller ID's... lets the phones ring twice, then goes to answering m/c... then I can set it to reject that # any time it calls again (doesn't ring phones, just picks up the line and hangs up automatically)... or I can set it to accept which causes it to pass through to the phones. Even with this nifty unit, I'm still am getting really annoyed by how many first time callers there are... seems like I'm setting the m/c to reject daily. And now I'm getting them on my cell phone! So much for being on the governments "do not call list"!!! I wish the government would PERSONALLY fine the OWNERS of these companies!!!

DKJL- I decided to called 1 +1 888-618-7787 and see if it was related to my "case".  Some sort of Human Resources department.  I questioned them and they said they were doing a survey about some academic courses I had taken at a college.  The number that had called me earlier in the day was (780) 702-1508 and I spoke to a man who had asked me to do the survey for my school.  I spoke to my school and they said that they do not hire people to do surveys.  7807021508 is LEGER MARKETING a company hired on BEHALF of Alberta employment and immigration to conduct surveys.  THEY ARE NOT ALBERTA EMPLOYMENT AND IMMIGRATION.

I received a call from the above number.  I picked up the telephone and they hung up.  Had a call from another number the other day from (403) 410-2058 called the number, stated:  number not in service and on the name area was: V11823103000012.Previously I had DNC and this went by the wayside when I changed companies.  What should I do now?
