i get calls from this number and there is no one there when i answer. VERY ANNOYING. wish i could block them from calling.

Lever market research- they call multiple times a day and it is irritating!

They called and said they were doing a survey on the Alberta Energy Regulators. The survey is stacked to run down the system and give Alberta a bad name. When asked who is paying for this survey they hung up. Probably some enviro group from the USA.

Recd call from this # today mar/24. Lady said she was from Alberta liquor and gaming commission and wanted to do a survey. I told her I was not interested.

To James ( 15 Oct 10 ) and Don M ( 20 Dec 10 ) - how do you know this # belongs to Leger Marketing ?  If I was up to something  "fishy "I'd pretend to be Leger Marketing or a political party or a survey group in Canada too as they are exempt from the obligation of having to leave the tel numbers on Canadian DNCL alone. Further ---- if I was in receipt of a call back from someone who was frustrated about the hang -up call I'd received from them, where they hadn't even had the courtesy to speak with me before hanging up, ( which has happened to me and others via (780) 702-1508 ) then I'd politely offer to remove the tel number from my calling list PDQ too. The President of Leger Marketing is Jean - Marc Leger. Leger Marketing is in Montreal and  tel # is 514 -982-2464.  It's possible Mr. Leger may want to know that someone is using the name of Leger Marketing as they call and hang up on Canadians.  OR  ---  on the other hand , if these calls are legitmately from Leger then Leger H.O. should be appraised of how rude and intrusive some of the persons who represent them can be and have been.  Who would know better than Leger Marketing that marketing is and or should be all about reactions and feelings of targeted consumers. It's possible 780-702-1508 callers are in competition with Leger Marketing and wanting people to be cross at Leger Marketing. Mr. Leger and his head office staff will know what is the truth about this. .

this number called me 3/4 times everyday for last 3 days,  when we call back, the phone  keeps ringing and never anyone picks up ! thanks for all your info. I hope rogers can block this number from calling us, or something.

Same thing here... no one on the other end (right away).... so I hung up.... I have an older model  Tele-Bouncer (mid 90"s).It works by new caller ID's... lets the phones ring twice, then goes to answering m/c... then I can set it to reject that # any time it calls again (doesn't ring phones, just picks up the line and hangs up automatically)... or I can set it to accept which causes it to pass through to the phones. Even with this nifty unit, I'm still am getting really annoyed by how many first time callers there are... seems like I'm setting the m/c to reject daily. And now I'm getting them on my cell phone! So much for being on the governments "do not call list"!!! I wish the government would PERSONALLY fine the OWNERS of these companies!!!

They left a message saying they were with Alberta Employment and Immagration. They were looking for my BF saying he recently applied for something through them. They left a 1 +1 888-618-7787 number with a reference number. When my BF called them back the phone just rings... and then a voicemail.

I just received a call from this number today.  I said Hello and then a woman with a sexy voice said "Hi, how are you?" and then she hung up on me. I would have liked to talk to her a little longer.  I like chatting it up with these people and wasting their time.

This number has called me 2-4x a day for the past 4 days. I tried to call the number back and there is no answer.  If It calls again today I will try calling Leger Marketing.
