Local public library letting me know I have books ready for me to pick up

Recieved a call from the above telephone number.  There was no one on the line.  Who was calling me and why

this is from your local library. they are calling you because you have A:) Books waiting to be picked upB:) Overdue itemsC:) The evil robot lady wants to eat your children (Born or unborn,)

Received  a call from this number indicating an item needs to be picked up. I called this number and cannot get through.  I don't know who they are and what the item is.
