Just had two calls from this number. Just beeps at me. Who is this?

I got the exact same call five minutes ago with the same ID name R A Malatest. They left no message.

I was out and then I came home and saw this on my call display  R A Malatest
and there was no message so I decided to check here.  Must be another stupid
scam telemarketing thing!
