So buddy actually called me back !!!! He said that my sin # didnt match up and needed the correct one! He faught with me about how he needed it and he was calling from Bell mobilty until i said i talked to the actaully Bell Canada and then the line went blank!!!!

It might be, thanks for the information. I got a missed call from the exact same # it can't be someone so stupid to call all of us for no good reason

I got a call from (780) 424-5841 at 6:15pm the other evening.  The person on the other end was a male, and it sounded like his voice was computer altered to disguise his identity.  He greeted me by name so he obviously knew who he was trying to call. He claimed he was from an alarm system company, and offered me a free wireless alarm system as an Easter special.  When I said I was not interested, he asked if it was because I already had an alarm system in my home.  I told him again that I was not interested and hung up.  I seemed like he was fishing to figure out if my home was protected, and if not it could become a target for breaking and entering.  I tried calling the number back, but all I got was the message "this number is not in use". After reading the other postings, I am definitely going to report the call to the authorities.

So here I am back again, letting you all know that once again, for the 4th day in a row, this person has been calling my cell. Ugh! it's so annoying and I wish it would stop! I even changed my answering machine to say " please stop crank calling me. It's annoying." I hope this little warning will be enough :/

says this number is not in service, called my work phone number, a message from a Jeff Ewanchuk

I have started receiving annoying calls from (780) 424-5841. No voice, no messge, and when I dial back I I get "this call cannot be completed. This follows weeks of harassing cals from (905) 948-3203, and I wonder if the 780 number is a related scam. Any one else getting this after 905 calls?
