I called Rogers technical support for my phone and a woman from Rogers with this number to ensure my phone was properly working. (780) 424-5481

Missed call from this number at 8:30 this evening. Also had someone call me at noon trying to offer a solo mobile contract...that number was 975 986 2435.

March 24-They called  looking for Penny, claiming that he just learned that he has a daugther. Gave a birthdate of March 19....... He said he was calling from Austrailia.  We have been tracing this number for a while. they have been calling but leaving no messages and when I tried to call the number back the number is not in service and its a local number not an overseas number. I think he was fishing for personal info.  Dont give any information-its a scam I belive for stealing identities.

Called me at 7:10 pm. Didn't pick up because I was eating dinner. Left no message, but when I call the number back, I get the same disconnected phone message.Great. By the sounds of it, i'm in for some annoying phone calls. Yay.

I think this is a "dummie" number. When someone calls from a calling card, calls off of the computer, or uses a scrambler..a phone number will come up on your caller ID. This number is not really in service, its just a "dummie" or masking number. I have had a few of these call me, and one was a friend who told me about this.

I live in alberta. I've been looking for work lately so I thought I might have missed a call for an interview since it was a number I didn't know on my call display. Even though it was missed around 6 pm and they left no message. But when I called it back it said it wasn't in service, so I searched it on google and came across this post, and i'm glad I did. Thanks for the useful info.
