Just received a call from this number and yes no one on the other side....Can we have our service providers block/ filter this number from their system?

Solo Mobility. That's Bell right?
So Bell is hiring a marketing company to sell Solo phones and subscriptions...
They are NOT observing the Canadian do-not-call list.
Can I sue Bell or something?

Called this afternoon and actually left a message asking if I had $25000 to put up would I like to earn 40-60% on it.  So this is clearly a fraud of some kind.

To those who have received calls from this number as a missed call. That is done purposely so they know your number is active

I have been getting multiple calls from this number, they claim to be a company called Express Transaction Services. The say I owe them money and I need to pay now or be sent to collections. When I ask them what the charges are for they reply, I should know! They then give me the option to pay half just to close the account, or I will go to collections. I told them I will wait for the collection letter, but they just continue to call and say the same thing.

Called my wife saying that he was from Microsoft and we had faulty software.  She said she thought it was a scam and hung up politely.  He called back and started hitting on her.  I got on the phone and he hung up.
