This # called my home and i called it back but the # is not valide.... How cat it be if they are able to call???

Call last night 3 times.  did not answer.  searched the number and noticed a lot of the same issues.

im supprised the phone company dosent have the smarts or abilitly to find or report these people

Just received call from this number; I answered and man on other end called me by name.  He claimed to be calling on behalf of Windows, and wanted information in regard to my computer.  He claimed there were files of a suspicious nature (viruses) and asked me to log on and provide him information.  When asked again who he was calling on behalf of, stated Windows.  I told him that IF, and that's a very big if, I had problems with my computer, I would seek out my own solutions.  I also told him I had very good security (to which he claimed was not good enough..!!), and would not provide him with any information.  When I asked the Company name he was calling on behalf of, he hung up...

Don't fall for this obvious scam..!!

They called my house this evening from (780) 424-5841 stating Solo cell is offering a free 100 mins and phone, the man had a strong goofy east indian accent, he talked for about 3mins then I stated im sorry im not interested and then I hung up, then i got a call back from a unknown number with another man lecturing and asking me why I hung up on one of his workers.... I did reverse look up with white pages it stated a landline in edmonton, yellow page reverse look up, showed nothing, if this happens again we report to the police and recommend everyone else to until the phone companies do something about this number!!!

I just received 2 missed call from this number. Very wierd cos they know both my cell and home phone numbers. Can someone please track down this number and shut them down please....
