ya I got a call 3 times tonight,02:48am and 03:19 am from #(780) 424-5841 and when i answered the phone all i got was beeping sounds like i was on hold and another callat 03:03 from #+1 877-500-7387 same sounds.will contact the phone company and local authorities if it happens again. i did a search and it says landline but who knows.

This number calls me daily, when I answer, I get loud beeps in my ear.  But I get a lot of phone calls from strange #'s that do that.Another Famous # is (780) 443-1480 with the name "Digtl contct" But the # alway changes.  I get these calls all hours of the night, and day.  I feel harassed.

I got a call from this number, didn't recognize it, didn't answer it. 9:42 am this morning... Didn't appear in Canada 411. Closest I have is three numbers all without 780 for the area code.. :(705) 424-5841(204) 424-5841(819) 424-5841

this number called the other night, I made the mistake of answering it it was a woman saying that my computer was not working properly and they wanted to scan my computer and their software would fix it.
I told them my computer was fine and I was not interested 3 times but they continued to badger me so I hung up. Reading the Edmonton Sun there was a story about a similar fraud these people call and whoever lets them scan their computer they take all of your banking information and they will ask you for a credit card for payment or a wire transfer. The minimum that people loose is $500.00 and they will try and take out a credit card in your name.
I am so happy I hung up the phone.

I am visiting Edmonton from American. ?Last night was my first night here, and I got a call in the middle of the night on my American cell phone from (780) 424-5841.  I thought it was very strange that I got a call from an Edmonton number, since nobody from Edmonton knows that I am here except for the friend that I am staying with.  My cell phone is from Verizon Wireless, and my area code is 812, which is Indiana.  I never received any unknown calls from Canada when in the US.  I find it very disturbing after reading these other complaints about this number, since it seems to indicate that the person who originated this call must have had knowledge that this cell phone was in Edmonton.I did not answer the phone since I was sleeping.
