I just got a call from this number, seeing your message about the bissell centre or thrift shop makes me believe it is the Bissell centre downtown, my brother who couch surfs calls me from the bissell all the time but i never really looked at the number until now when i missed the call lol

Get a call once a week from this number. Just hangs up. I think it is coming from either the Bissell Center or Thrift Shop.
