I called it back, it is "Direct Energy Marketing" and the message says this number is used for display purposes only...block 'em I say!

Direct Energy is an electricity and gas supplier, not a telepest.

The call is from direct energy marketing. I called the help centre from direct energy regulated services and they say they are not affiliated. I suspect they are however or sold your phone number.

I have received calls from this number but since I have caller ID I have not answered the phone. It is very annoying gettiong calls from people I don't know and who are apparently up to no good.
