How do I stop these harrassing calls?

"Listen carefully for this important message" ... yeah, from thieves who would rob thier mothers blind if given the chance.
They didn't get me to answer yesterday when they called from (647) 931-7539 (same sh*tty-opaque scam) so they switched to this number. I gave them my best version of a swearing sailor and they hung up before completing the recorded message.
Hope you were offended plenty, you wretched scumbag (and pitiful excuse for a human being)!!

Who is this person, they obviously do not know me, as I DO NOT have credit card debt.
I never buy from spammers/telemarketers
Called my DO-NOT-CALL land-line at 12:25 Pacific Daylight Time. When I picked up, I said nothing, and heard nothing. After ~20 seconds, they hung up.
Since I am a Shaw Telephone customer, I will use <star><six><zero> to block future calls from this number.
