In my case, it was indeed a true DELL order and there were a problem with it. they did not leave a message; but sent an email. However, spammer could forge this number.

They called me as well. Looking for information so I gave the lady some random numbers then she cussed me out because I gave her false information. Then I told her I'm sorry here's my real information. She called me a smart ass after I fooled her again. Dumb bitch trying to fool ppl. O Canada why not bust this fraud

They just called me and I did not answer . Most business clients calls will contact you via email prior to calling.

The number is for SCAMMERS and THIEVES and foreign jackazzes that want to get your cash however they can!!!  Do NOT think this is a legitimate call from DELL COMPUTERS!!! It is definitely an illegitimate bunch of scamming thieves!!!!!!!  PUT THEM IN JAIL OR A COFFIN!!!

Fraud! didn't even answer the call and they still were somehow able to steal my card info. and make a fraudulent charge for a computer. If they call you check your accounts and or cancel em to be safe.

Got a call from (780) 392-0160, didn't answer, lady with poor english left voicemail about my Dell laptop order and that my visa card was declined.   She also knew my name.  I have not ordered a laptop from anyone.  Sounds like a scam to me.

This must be some kind of exchange type number. This called today and it was support for my Jawbone UP bandLegit.

Said they were from Sears.  And tried to give me a discount on a TV.   But the sad thing is, i went to sears a week before and checked out a tv, and the Associate there sent a e-mail to me with the information on the tv i was interested in.  So somehow theses scammers got a hold of those emails.
