In my case, it was indeed a true DELL order and there were a problem with it. they did not leave a message; but sent an email. However, spammer could forge this number.

They called me as well. Looking for information so I gave the lady some random numbers then she cussed me out because I gave her false information. Then I told her I'm sorry here's my real information. She called me a smart ass after I fooled her again. Dumb bitch trying to fool ppl. O Canada why not bust this fraud

They just called me and I did not answer . Most business clients calls will contact you via email prior to calling.

Call was from Jawbone support for a warranty issue I emailed them about yesterday.  Not a telemarketer like I thought

GABBY

MY CALL WAS FROM GOOGLE (GMAIL) SUPPORT ASSISTING THE RESETTING OF MY PASSWORD FOR AN EMAIL ACCOUNT I REQUESTED 3 DAYS AGO.  I DID NOT ANSWER BUT HE LEFT A MESSAGE AND THAT HE WOULD SEND ME AN EMAIL WITH THE NEW PASSWORD.NOT THE SAME SCAMMER BUT SAME NUMBER

Lady with a bad connection called wanting to confirm my dell purchase and that it was in holding until verified.  She then proceeded to tell me 'incase you lose connection from transferring to the verification department please call back at +1 866-821-0267 which is not one of dells contact numbers listed anywhere.  When transferred, the guy on the line was almost confused about what was going on.  He asked what was the purpose of my call and I told him I recieved a call saying I needed to verify my computer purchase.  He got as far as getting my order number then asked me to wait.  His line also had a bad connection and tons of background noise, that led me to think something was wrong and I quickly google'd this number and saw these replies.  So I hung up and called dell directly.  They said there was no record of them contacting me and there was no need since my order had already been processed.  And that if a problem did arise, they would contact me by email first, not phone. Thanks for the heads up!

Said they were from Sears.  And tried to give me a discount on a TV.   But the sad thing is, i went to sears a week before and checked out a tv, and the Associate there sent a e-mail to me with the information on the tv i was interested in.  So somehow theses scammers got a hold of those emails.

Call came in at work. Asked to verify work address. I askedy why. Stated they were confirming for market research. I said we aren't interested and hung up. Call came up as Alberta Call. Seemed fishy. I never like to say yes to anything as it could be a scam just waiting for you to say yes to something you have no clue you are saying yes to.

Janet

It was a legitimate call for me from Clearly Contacts about a return that I am making.  I am not sure why it said AB since they are based out of BC but it wasn't a scam call.
