Got a call from this number too. Thanks for the previous posters as I now know not to answer this phone call.

A woman called me from this number and asked me why I had phoned her. I hadn't, but she said someone from this number just called her. This would have been impossible since my cell phone is locked and requires a password to unlock so there's no chance I pocket dialed her in error. Makes more sense considering the above stories!

I looked it up on another forum, it seems it is a community phone at Alberta Mental Hospital.
