It's a telemarketing dirtbag company using spoofed phone numbers and modified Caller ID information.  They change up the displayed text and phone number to bypass blocking them from getting through and probably to get more people to pick up.  The best way of dealing with these dirtbags is if you can find out who the people are behind it and have them fined/charged for it......and then a 1000 more will popup and replace the one.  Everyone needs to pressure the Telco's into updating/upgrading their equipment so anonymous calls with spoofed phone number can't access their networks.If you really want to have an effect on them, pretend to be interested and string them along with as much B.S. for as long as you can.  Prepare a script for when telemarketers call so can suck them in.  The only defense you have is to waste their time and resources by having fun.
