Milan Houser is a con man.

Do not trust Milan Houser whatever he is telling you, he screwed so many clients and trades and he is now under at least six or seven court cases against him. He never answers lawyers letters never show up in court and think he will be able to run away that easy. He came to Canada from  Korea and his intention is to go back there possibly with all stolen money as Canada and Korea do not have an agreement of extradition. He is a real crook , setting up clients and trades , getting deposits and use them for his own good. We have  to stop his activity, he seems  is not very much scared or worried of what is going on with respect to courts cases, as of course he does not have anything on his name to bear responsibilities.The whole  thing looks like a scheme and fraud. Please all who were screwed by this guy find a time to file report to RCMP, if we all do it they may take it seriously.

If you have been ripped off by Milan Houser based out of North Vancouver Canada and have a contract with him please contact your local RCMP and file a complaint. It will take 30 minutes of your time and help move forward a case against him. He has defrauded dozens of people all over the lower mainland with his renovations and sales of doors. He is not authorized to sell doors. He also has no clue when it comes to home renovations or construction. In all cases he tells the customer anything to get a deposit and then disappears.  He is a smooth talker, liar and thief. Do not trust him

Took the money and ran. told all the employees i was not paying him so he didn't pay them ( this was not the truth I over paid this guy) stay away!!! the sad thing about thi sis he is new to Canada (6 years) and he screwing people. Lets kick his a** the hell out of here!

This guy is named Milan, he hires workers, talks bad about them to customers like slaves, then talks to the workers about the customers like they are crazy, in the end, workers don't get paid, he ignores calls, picks up his phone when you call him from a different number only.DO NOT HIRE HOUSER HOMES, Milan owes too many people money. I'm not kidding.
