What's a terrible thing when u are trying to take a nap and people are just call all the time.

I get calls from them all the time...sick of it...wish they would be like vomit on the sidewalk...dry up and blow away...

How do you know they can't affect your credit?

NOT A SOLICITATION??????  They say in their message that "this is not a solicitation."  Why do these guys phone then?  Making contact to do business is "solicitation."  Period.  Total scammers.  Another scammer on "ignore."

They are a collection agency and deal with parking tickets issued from the city...unpaid tickets go to ARC or Accounts Recovery Corporation to be collected, however all they can do about this is harass u with annoying phone calls and mail, they CAN NOT and WILL NOT affect your credit rating if unpaid!!

These guys don't even bother to call.  They get a machine to do it.  When you try to call back, there is nobody there.  They claim not to be soliciting anything, yet they phone.  Sound fishy to anyone else?  I pay all my bills on time and have no notices of anything being amiss with any account that I do business with.  So.... with a name like Accounts Recovery Corporation, this sounds somewhat real, but more like a REAL SCAM.
