This number called me and i didn't pick it up when i phoned it back all i got was a message that said they were experiencing technical difficulties and to phone back in 24 hours.

NO charity calls from a 778# its a SCAM the name of the game is volume volume volume and eventually they will get a caller that is confused (probably a poor senior) and will give them what they want
i dont even give money at the door - i have asked for their charity # and said once i check them out with revenue canada i might MIGHT donate

(778) 786-0013 ? I called this number back and it was the Canadian Council for the Blind.......they said they were one of my charities.....sorry - but not.......why don't they have their name so it comes up on the phone...not hide behind a number!!!!
