I've now put my fax on the do not call registry.

Sounds like they cannot speak english. Promting something like call card.

Told them to take me off the phone list or id call the police. the rude man said in chinese "go ahead"another long distance chinese company.

Called me, but once they found I couldn't speak chinese they hung up. It's probably since I'm using a LD callilng service.
