Received a call from this number at 8:15AM....no one said anything when my husband picked up the phone.

Same happened to me: I received two calls around 8:00pm, no answer.  And same response when I called back, "you were called to participate in a survey, but the survey time has now expired".  People who doesn't have a job and only wants to bother another ones!!!  :0(

It has happened 6 times today and always the same: This is Ann with Political Opinions.... I hang up. It is really starting to get on my client's nerves because she can't get to the phone quickly anymore and she thinks it's something important.

Got a call from this number at 1:47PM, recorded message from "Ann" asking me to participate in a short survey regarding "our nation's national debt".  For participating, I was to receive a 2 day cruise....YEAH RIGHT!!....obviously a scam, I hung up.  PS:  Normally I wouldn't even have answered, but I did b/c I mistook the # for a friend's.
