Constant Research Network keeps calling me from (778) 785-6188.  It's a recorded message and they are calling daily.  We are registered on the do no call list but it doesn't seem to matter to them.  Can they be fined???

Got a call at 1 :20 am from this number, I called back to hear a vocal voice saying: you have been called for you've been chosen for a short survey....
 

Stop Bothering Me

I had 3 calls from this number today and as many yesterday. I don't answer because I know it is a sales pitch for something the way the name and number come up but it always goes voicemail and there is never a message. STOP CALLING ME!!!
