telemarketers please make them stop

I received a call from this number on my cell today - Dec 4th, however did not answer the call because I did not recognize the number.  This is the 3rd or 4th time I have seen this number show up on my phone, however the first time I have actually looked online to see where it is coming from.

received a call from this number twice today misses both calls

I'm not really helping the situation with the following, but posting that the number called and you didn't answer isn't very helpful information on a "who called me?" site.  Thanks to people who did confirm it is a survey/crusie scam.

received this call on my cell, this absolutely bugs me, as I pay for daytime incoming calls, don't these fu**ers know that the cell phone companies charges the owners (numbers)

I think you meant rude.  Ignorant means not having enough knowledge, understanding, or information about something.  In other words, many people are ignorant of the definition of the word "ignorant".  You would have been correct in stating that his comment was rude as in not polite, offensive.
