telemarketers please make them stop

That # just called my cell. I was on another important call on my landline and put them on hold as I was expecting a higher priority call on my cell and it was these morons!!!  It started off saying: "CONGRATULATIONS, YOU HAVE WON A PRIZE"!.I hung up.I recently found out how to block numbers on my I-Phone5.They are now being put in the blocked list.

They call and no-one's on the line...Caller is using calling card from British Columbia-CANADA

I received a call from this number on my cell today - Dec 4th, however did not answer the call because I did not recognize the number.  This is the 3rd or 4th time I have seen this number show up on my phone, however the first time I have actually looked online to see where it is coming from.

Got a call from this number on my cell but it showed up 1-1-(778) 865-3235. Isn't that from over seas?

I'm not really helping the situation with the following, but posting that the number called and you didn't answer isn't very helpful information on a "who called me?" site.  Thanks to people who did confirm it is a survey/crusie scam.

we're in the process of canceling 126 phones through Telus because of these annoying calls and Telus's position that they can't do anything about it. they can through a filtering application.. so much for Telus...
