freakin' calling and hanging up when we answer!

I used them 2 years ago and was happy with the service.  They called me last week and I was actually going to use them again this summer.  However, since then, they have called us 4 more times, seemingly having no idea that they have called us before.I called the (604) 293-3770 number and pressed 3 for customer service, and told the guy I am specifically not going to use them 100% because of the repeated calls.When I mentioned their "online reputation" he immediately launched into a defensive stance saying it was a "rouge employee"... yes, he literally said a "rouge" employee.

Got phone call from 778 -588-1947 almost daily over the last few months.  Sometimes twice per day; 1 morning, 1 evening.  Never left any message.  On my side I've never picked up the phone either.  So wouldn't know who has been calling about what.  I can see from others' message that these call may originate from a local heating company.  If so, is there any EFFECTIVE way of stopping this kind of meaningless solicitation???  We can keep on posting similar messages and vent our frustration but in the meantime this company keeps on bothering Vancouver or even BC residents?!!

I have received a call from this number no less than 4 times a week going back a month ... I do answer and when I do I get a hang up ... I will call the customer service number posted here earlier

picked up asked if i was this person, I said yes. asked me if i changed my furnace, I asked who the person was, he hung up.

its was singing " LA LA La.." or something
