Caller: CBV Collections

It's a collection service called CBV, Trying to scam people who dont owe money...

Got a call from them this morning at 730am then again at 7pm

Caller: (778) 452-2451

Here is what they said:

Me: Hello

Them: Is this _____________?

Me: Who is this?

Them: This is CSA Collections. I am transferring you to a senior associate about an urgent matter.

Me: What is the urgent matter?

Them: I am transferring you to a senior associate about an urgent matter.

Me: But what is the matter?

Them:_________

Them: Hello this is Director Smith, Is this Mr __________?

Me: Yes. What is this about?

Them: What is your date of birth?

Me: Tell me what this is about first.

Them: I need your date of birth to verify your account. What is your date of birth sir?

Me: Where are you calling from and why?

Them: This is about an important Rogers Communications matter sir what is your date of birth

Me: No. Tell Rogers to call me if it is so important.

They hung up

Called cell phone at 7:30 am MST - did not answer but checked the number out and discovered that it was part of the telus network - if indeed it is then telus needs to do more in prevention than allowing questionable accounts to be a menace and prey on the valid accounts. Bloody scammers.

they called at 7AM which was super annoying and they weren't even looking for me! someone who used to have my number. they phoned EVERY single day! i just got rogers to block them - #irritation

Called at 8am. Didn't answer but did look it up here. Thanks! Number now blocked

Small minded people,who have nothing better to do,then harass others.

CBV collections calls BEFORE 9am which is against the law! I've gotten calls at 7am from them and when you pick up there is no answer.

They call me 4-6 times a day, fill up my voice mail with recordings of nothing, or people talking in the background. Every once in a while they will leave a message saying I owe money to telus, which is funny because, Ive never had an account with Telus. Leaches with no boundaries or decency.

Got a call from THIS number on 3/19/2015.Other CBV Collections phone numbers that I know of are: (778) 330-2280, +1 888-440-3420, (778) 328-9992, and (604) 296-3239As far as I'm concerned these guys can eat $hit and die.

Theses guys are anoying they call me from lots of different numbers and area codes. god there so irritating

calls non stop most time does not even speak. once asked for someone who did not even lfve here..frustating

They r trying to collect off my wife for her dead dad when she was not the executare or next of kin
