just got called, a bunch of elevator/classical music?anyone know what they do?

They are representing a repo company, or collection company or something. I was dealing with a shister car dealer that was trying to take back a vehical from me andWas getting calls from this number.  They would ask for me by name and then would hang up.

Second time in 2 weeks that I have taken a call from (778) 373-1167. These people are calling to discuss mortage details. Is there something about the "No Call List" that allows these annoying callers to disregard this list?I hung up on the call but I do wish there to be laws made for everyone that go against those who break them.

I'm glad i found this site because i thought maybe it was a friend calling, but not leaving a message. Thanks for the tip about the whistle.  I wonder how they get a CAD # (778), and yet they are calling from overseas?  Whoever the tel.company that gave them this number they should be contacted and harrassed back.  I thought of calling collect, but pretty sure that won't do anything. I might try to drag out the call the next time until they hang up, and they pay the for my time. Or, if it's Skype, we have no luck.Great Site to vent!
